STRETCHES
STRETCHES CONSIST OF 3 DIFFERENT TYPES.

STATIC- STRETCHING A SPECIFIC MUSCLE GROUP AND HOLDING THAT STRETCHED MUSCLE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME

DYNAMIC- SWINGING, JUMPING, AND EXTENSIVE MOVEMENTS WHICH CARRIES THE LIMBS PAST THE REGULAR ROM (RANGE OF MOTION).

ACTIVE ISO- MOVING A LIMB THROUGH A FULL (ROM) WHILE THE OPPOSITE MUSCLE IS BEING STRETCHED. THE STRETCHED IS HELD FOR 2-5 SECONDS AND THEN RELAXED. THIS IS REPEATED FOR SPECIFIED REPS.
