CORE MUSCLES ARE CONSISTED OF AB'S, LOWER BACK, AND HIP MUSCLES THAT STABILIZE THE SPINE
AB'S MUSCLES ARE THE UPPER, LOWER, AND OBLIQUES (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL).
