AB'S / CORE

CORE MUSCLES ARE CONSISTED OF AB'S, LOWER BACK, AND HIP MUSCLES THAT STABILIZE THE SPINE

AB'S MUSCLES ARE THE UPPER, LOWER, AND OBLIQUES (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL).

  • THE CORE IS CRITICAL TO EVERYTHING WE DO. IT IMPROVES ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE, PROTECTS THE SPINE, RELAX TENSE MUSCLES, AND MAINTAIN CARDIO HEALTH.

  • THIS IS ALSO CALLED THE LPHC (LUMBO-PELVIC-HIP-COMPLEX) WHICH IS THE CENTER PIECE OF THE BODY. IMBALANCES HERE CAN CAUSE A HOST OF INJURIES AND MOVEMENT COMPENSATIONS.

  • THE AB'S PROTECT THE SPINE AND ARE FUNDAMENTAL IN SPORTS AND WEIGHT LIFTING. THEY ALSO SUPPORT THE THIGHS AND RESPIRATORY SYSTEM.
